Refund Policy:

No refunds will be issued once a student/customer has logged into a course or receives a Certificate of Completion for the course purchased. If the student/customer has not logged into a course or has not requested a Certificate of Completion, the student/customer can receive a full refund (minus a $100.00 administration cancellation fee). To receive the refund, the request must be received in writing or by email by Loan Team Training within (5) calendar days from the date of purchase.
